5. To award Pradip & Daksha Dalal Family Endowment Fund Scholarship
6. Signing of MoU with Mr Pradip Dalal and University to provide financial aid to students facing financial hardship under special circumstances (Rs. 25,00,000/- endowment fund)
7. Felicitation of outstanding alumnus.
8. To consider any other business that may be brought forward with the permission of the chair.
